When & How to Order
We accept orders year-round, but our beef is mainly only available between April to October. With the exception of occasional animals on our off months. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend placing your order as you see our upcoming processing day posted to secure your order.
For first time customers, we prefer to connect with you to answer and questions and explain our process. Returning customers who are already familiar with our beef are welcome to place orders via email.
Cost & Payment
How is pricing determined?
Our beef is priced based off hanging weight, which refers to the weight of the carcass before cutting and trimming. This ensures transparency and consistency in pricing.
Payment
A deposit is required at the time of ordering to secure your beef. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery. We accept e-transfer, cheques or cash.

if you chose a 1/4 you receive a full side, so a front and hind.
what you’ll receive
Variety of cutes tailored to you and your families needs
When purchasing a 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef, you get a selection of premium cuts and everyday staples. While certain cuts are limited per animal we do try and accommodate your preferences.
Your Order will include these cuts:
Prime rib, T-bone, Cross rib, Sirloin, Chuck, Round, Ribs, Soup Bones, and Ground Beef
Organ Meat and fat are optional upon request.
If you have specific preferences, let us know we are happy to customize your order as best we can.
are the extra costs ?
All bulk orders are cut and wrapped in butcher paper, the processing fees and butcher fees are all included in our pricing. The only extras you will have IF are wanting some beef turned into jerky or sausage.
is the beef frozen?
Yes.
Pick up & delivery
Where can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your beef directly from our farm.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We provide delivery options to select locations. Let us know your location, and we’ll discuss available delivery locations near you!
