Final price is based on hang weight. 1/2 beef is 375-450lbs at a price range of approximately $2700-3150.

Hang weight is bone in so once its cut and wrapped it will be 65-70% of the hang weight.

Please refer to the cut sheet for a general idea of what you could get from a half. With that being said you can modify to better suit your personal needs, for example you may not want short ribs and could add more ground beef.
